 Are there any setup fees?

Labor, setup, and teardown are all included in your rental price! We’re here to make your event completely hassle-free, so you can simply show up, enjoy, and look fabulous—no need to worry about the details.

 

What size are your walls?

All of our flower walls are 8ft x 8ft

 

When will you pick up the wall?

Pickup times depend on the venue and event schedule. We may collect the rental the night of the event or the following morning. Regardless of the pickup time, you’ll only be charged for the single day rental period unless you request an additional day

 

Can the walls be set up outside?

If a rental is set up outdoors, it must be covered by a structure extending at least 6 feet to protect it from the elements. Additionally, the backdrop should be placed against a solid wall to safeguard against wind. Your safety and that of your guests is our top priority, and these requirements help ensure that. Please note, if weather-related damage occurs, the renter will be financially responsible for any repairs or replacements.

 

Where can the walls be set up?

For outdoor events, please refer to the previous question. For indoor setups, the placement is entirely up to you! However, we recommend avoiding spots directly in front of windows with lots of natural light, as this can affect your photos (unless the windows have good coverings). We also suggest positioning the backdrop against a wall, as the back of the flower walls isn't as visually appealing as the front.

 

I have my own neon sign. Will you hang it on the wall for me?

Yes, we love how flower walls look with a sign so we are happy to hang a sign for you! We will need to see a picture of the sign and have the weight of it before the event so we can come prepared. 

 

Can we move the flower wall to a different location during our event?

No, unfortunately only Floral Scape Backdrops staff can move or teardown a flower wall. This is for liability reasons and for your safety. If you need it moved during the party, please call or email us and we will see if we can accommodate.

 

I have already reserved and paid for my rental. Can I cancel?

If your event is more than 30 days away you can cancel for a full refund. If your event is less than 30 days, we are willing to cancel your event for half of the cost.
